Hi, I'm Mahsa, a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition. I’ve spent much of my career in clinical and hospital settings, where I translate science into practical guidance that fits real life. I’m honored to carry the CSO credential and to approach care with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, practicing yoga, or enjoying time with my family. I’m here to help you build a healthier relationship with food that lasts.

My care philosophy is built on collaboration, science, and compassion. I rely on current evidence to guide plans, yet I never forget that you are the expert on your life. I take a direct and action oriented approach, translating research into clear steps you can implement this week. I practice a weight-neutral Health At Every Size mindset, focusing on sustainable habits and overall well being rather than quick fixes. By addressing food, mood, sleep, and routines, we create a holistic path that respects your values and goals.

Your first session with Mahsa

Our first appointment is the start of a true partnership. We'll talk through your medical history, review any lab work or biometrics, and set short-term goals. We'll dive into your relationship with food in a nonjudgmental space and begin shaping a practical meal plan you can actually follow. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. We'll leave with 1 to 2 realistic goals and a clear sense of how we'll work together to move toward them.
