About Mallory
Hi, I'm Mallory! I am a registered dietitian who is truly passionate about the power of nutrition. I believe that what we eat can shape how we feel--our energy, our mood, and our overall well-being. I grew up on a small rural farm, where I learned firsthand how food can support the body and help you feel your best. This upbringing shaped my love for food, health, and helping others feel good from the inside out.
Approach to care
My philosophy centers around using food as medicine to help prevent, manage, and even reverse diseases in a way that feels realistic and empowering. I focus on meeting you where you are and together, we'll build habits that feel sustainable and tailored to your lifestyle. I believe that working with a dietitian should feel personalized and not overwhelming.
Your first session with Mallory
In our first session, I'll ask about your health history, daily routines, goals, and any challenges you're facing. We'll explore what's most important to you and begin creating a plan that feels achievable and aligned with your life. I am super excited to be a part of your nutrition journey!
