About Mallory
Food and movement have always shaped how I think about health. As an RDN with an MS in Nutrition Sciences, I have spent my first year working in a hospital setting where I learned to translate complex medical needs into practical, compassionate care. Outside of work, I enjoy running, pilates, weight lifting, reading, and baking. I use curiosity-driven problem solving to work with my patients, with an emphasis on meeting you where you are and helping build habits that last.
Approach to care
Evidence steers my recommendations, and warmth guides how I deliver them. I take a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size stance while looking at the whole person, including sleep, movement, stress, and food culture. Together we'll use clear, practical steps grounded in current research, learn why strategies work, and adjust as needed. My goal is to educate and support you so sustainable habits replace short-term fixes.
Your first session with Mallory
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and everyday routines to understand the context behind your goals. You don't need to have everything figured out, just bring what feels relevant. We'll work together to identify 1 or 2 practical steps you can try, and I'll explain the reasoning so you feel confident in the plan. Follow-up focuses on progress, troubleshooting, and sustainable changes.
