About Mallory
Hello, I’m Mallory, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Illinois with over 14 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am board certified in oncology nutrition but I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds and populations. I have 4 kids; ages 14, 9, 9, and 5 so I understand how life gets busy.
Approach to care
My approach to care is rooted in a deep commitment to individualized, evidence-based nutrition guidance. I prioritize understanding each person's unique health goals, lifestyle, and medical history, recognizing that everyone’s journey is different. By combining my extensive experience with the latest research, I develop tailored nutrition plans that are both practical and sustainable. My goal is to empower clients with the tools and knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health, while offering ongoing support to navigate challenges and celebrate progress along the way.
Your first session with Mallory
In our first session together, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and collaborative environment where your unique needs are at the forefront of our discussion. I’ll begin by learning about your health goals, lifestyle, and any medical conditions you may have. This helps me better understand your challenges and how we can approach your nutrition in a way that fits your life. We’ll also review your current eating habits, and I’ll ask you questions to uncover areas where we can make positive, sustainable changes. Together, we’ll set achievable goals tailored to your needs, whether that’s managing a condition, improving energy, or simply building healthier habits. I’ll provide evidence-based guidance and create a personalized nutrition plan to support your journey. You’ll leave with practical tips and resources, and we’ll schedule a follow-up to track your progress and adjust the plan as needed.
