About Mallory

Hi, I’m Mallory! I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for nearly 15 years, and I’m passionate about helping people build healthier, more sustainable relationships with food. I earned both my Bachelor of Science (2007) and Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (2009) from Kent State University, and completed my dietetic internship at Bowling Green State University. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings—from public health programs like WIC and clinical care with Kaiser Permanente, to teaching Sports and General Nutrition at the University of Akron. For the past 6–7 years, I’ve focused on eating disorder recovery, which has deepened my commitment to compassionate, individualized care.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition should be realistic, enjoyable, and empowering. My style is easygoing and supportive—I focus on progress, not perfection. Every session is tailored to where you are right now and where you want to go. I’ll provide the tools, resources, and guidance to help you make meaningful changes that fit your life.

Your first session with Mallory

In your first session, learning about you is most important! Learning your day to day habits, not just with food but overall habits, such as: sleep, work, schedule, stress, exercise, etc. There are a lot of factors to consider when figuring out the best path for you! Small steps can lead to big transformations, and I’m here to walk that path with you!
