About Mallory

I’m Mallory, a registered dietitian and a mom. I'm here to help you feel better in your body when motherhood has left you exhausted, frustrated, and confused about what actually works. That means having energy that lasts through the morning instead of crashing by 10 a.m. Feeling more patient and clear-headed during the day. Knowing what to eat without overthinking it. Getting dressed without spiraling about your body. Making sense of the mental whiplash that can come with weight gain during pregnancy — in a world that’s practically trained us from birth to fear it — and then navigating postpartum weight goals without constantly obsessing about food or feeling like you’re starving. I work with fertility, gestational diabetes, maintaining milk supply, and weight changes that show up in motherhood. The work we do together is about helping you feel like yourself again — fueled, confident, and capable in your day-to-day life.

Approach to care

Pregnancy and postpartum can make eating feel hard. Nausea or food aversions during pregnancy, and exhaustion or missed meals after birth, are common and not a failure on your part. I work alongside you to build simple, repeatable meal and snack habits that support your body in the season you’re in. We focus on the habits that make the biggest difference right now. Depending on your needs, our work may include: • Fertility support: optimizing nutrients to prepare your body for pregnancy. • Gestational diabetes: building realistic meals and snacks to support blood sugar goals. • Milk supply support: eating enough to support lactation and recovery. • Weight changes after pregnancy: balanced meals for sustainable progress without restriction. • Energy and general nutrition: habits that reduce crashes and decision fatigue.

Your first session with Mallory

Your first session is where things start to feel clearer. I’ll get to know what your days actually look like, including sleep, meals, energy dips, work, and feeding schedules. We’ll talk through what feels hardest right now, where food feels stressful, and what you want to feel different in your body. From there, we’ll choose a realistic starting point. Not everything at once. Just the habits that will make the biggest difference for your energy, confidence, and progress. You’ll leave with a clear plan for the week ahead, a better understanding of what your body needs right now, and reassurance that you’re not doing this alone.
