“Mandy’s advice and guidance has really been helpful as I started to look at my overall nutrition, eating habits and patterns after having 2 children. Her support is focused on simple shifts, bringing more thoughtfulness and mindfulness to eating and overall health and well-being. Grateful to have her support.“

“Mandy has been so kind! She is not judgmental and always finds the good in my week!! There is not a week that goes by that i don't have some issue or another. (Shoulder pain diverticulitis attack, flu, pulled muscle, nausea from meds). Mandy always has a positive outlook of how we can soothe n comfort my gut and get thru the next week. I am grateful to have her as my team mate in this journey to heal my gut! “

About Mandy
As a bilingual dietitian with over eight years of experience in community-based nutrition counseling, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families on their journey toward better health. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural understanding, and the belief that food is more than fuel—it’s connection, healing, and joy. I specialize in creating simple, nourishing recipes that fit real lives. Whether it’s helping someone navigate a new diagnosis or guiding a family toward healthier habits, I strive to make nutrition approachable and empowering. Every day, I’m reminded that small changes can lead to big transformations. And it’s my honor to be part of that process—one meal, one conversation, one small change at a time.
Approach to care
I take a food-first, personalized approach to support each patient at their own pace, meeting each patient with empathy and deep respect for their personal journey and readiness for change. My goal is to empower people to make sustainable lifestyle shifts—not follow restrictive fad diets—so they can manage health conditions and live fully, with confidence and happiness.
Your first session with Mandy
Your first session focuses on connection and clarity. It’s a safe space to share your story, explore challenges, and set achievable goals to work through the next six sessions. Whether you're managing a health condition, seeking more energy, better relationship with food, or simply wanting to start on making healthier food choices, we’ll work side by side to create a realistic plan that empowers you to make lasting changes. No diets, no pressure—just genuine support focused on sustainable lifestyle shifts at your own pace. This is the first step toward a healthier, more joyful you!
