Hi, I’m Mara, a registered dietitian with a background in health education and a master’s degree in nutrition. I work with individuals who want to build a healthier relationship with food, feel more confident in their choices, and create habits that support long term well being without guilt or restriction. I have experience supporting blood sugar management, digestive health, weight concerns, metabolic health, and overall wellness. My strength lies in helping people understand nutrition in a clear, realistic way and turning that knowledge into habits that actually fit their daily lives.
