I am a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator. I am originally from Latin America. I have lived in different states around the US and Puerto Rico. I have experience serving people of all ages and backgrounds. I look forward to helping you achieve your health goals.

Approach to care

In the sessions I will focus on helping you achieve your health goals using motivational interviewing techniques and holding you accountable to put into action what we discuss. I am a good listener and flexible, adapting to different needs.
