Approach to care
As a registered dietitian, my approach to care is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a deep respect for each individualās unique journey. I prioritize building trusting relationships with my clients by listening actively, meeting them where they are, and creating realistic, personalized nutrition plans that align with their values, culture, and health goals. I believe that sustainable change is fostered through education, empowerment, and supportānot judgment. Whether addressing chronic disease, disordered eating, or general wellness, I strive to provide inclusive, holistic care that promotes both physical and emotional well-being.
Your first session with Margaret
In your first session with me as your dietitian, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where we focus on your unique needs and goals. We'll start by discussing your medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, and any challenges you're facing. Iāll ask questions to better understand your relationship with food, and weāll work together to identify realistic, sustainable goals. This session is all about getting to know youānot about perfection or strict rules. You'll leave with a clearer picture of your nutrition path and a plan tailored to help you feel your best.
