Approach to care
Nutrition is personal and unique for each person. I center my care around the individual. I believe in a food first approach to fueling the body. I will work side by side with the client to meet their goals through listening, coaching and supporting.
Your first session with Maria
During our first session, I want to learn more about you and your goals. Getting to know one another and building a rapport is key. It is important for me to understand your nutrition journey - past, present and then future goals. We will go through basic healthy history information, provide coaching and education and set a clear plan moving forward with goals.
