About Maria

I am a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). My passion is helping individuals feel, look, and perform their best. I have extensive experience working with high performing athletes, but am equally dedicated to partnering with weekend warriors or those just seeking to be their best. I also work with athletes and active individuals who struggle with disordered eating or eating disorders. As a Sports Dietitian, my passion is to listen, understand where my clients want to be, and provide support, whether that is sports nutrition specialities, meal planning assistance, or relearning how to have a healthy relationship with food.

Approach to care

I help clients craft personalized, attainable, and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that support their health. By collaboratively designing small, impactful steps that preserve quality of life and promote personal choice, I help my clients achieve their goals from improved performance and increased energy to mindful and intuitive eating. My goal is to treat everyone with respect and compassion, and provide customized nutrition recommendations for each individual. Through nutrition education, practical application and encouragement, I’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve their highest health and performance outcomes.
