She has extensive experience as an eating disorder dietitian, providing care across residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. Approach to care
Mariana is passionate about helping clients heal their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies while fostering a compassionate, sustainable approach to eating. Her care is client-centered, evidence-based, and rooted in a non-diet, weight-inclusive philosophy. As both an eating disorder and oncology dietitian, she supports clients in nourishing their bodies with confidence through all stages of healing. She strives to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can challenge diet culture, honor their lived experiences, and build trust.
Your first session with Mariana
In our first session, we’ll take the time to explore your unique experiences with food, movement, and your body. We'll discuss your goals, challenges, and any concerns you have, ensuring you feel heard and supported. Together, we'll start shaping a path forward that aligns with your needs, whether that means setting big-picture goals or small, meaningful steps. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions, and we’ll establish a clear, collaborative plan for your journey ahead. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel empowered and supported every step of the way.
