About Marianna
Hi! Iâm Marianna, a registered dietitian with over 13 years of experience in clinical hospital settings, corporate wellness programs, and private practice. I earned my Masterâs in Public Health Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University and am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). I specialize in weight management and helping people build sustainable habits that support their long-term health. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in the cycle of dieting or unsure how to move forward with nutrition. My goal is to help simplify nutrition, rebuild trust with food and their bodies, and create an approach that feels realistic and sustainable.
Approach to care
My approach starts with understanding you, your eating patterns, lifestyle, and relationship with food. From there, we focus on small, practical steps that help you build habits that work for your life and support both your physical and mental well-being. Rather than rigid rules or quick fixes, my goal is to help you find an approach to nutrition that feels sustainable. I also believe itâs important to understand the why behind recommendations, so you leave each visit feeling informed, empowered, and supported, not judged.
Your first session with Marianna
Expect a relaxed, nonjudgmental conversation where weâll review your medical history and talk through your current routines, eating habits, and health goals. Weâll discuss whatâs been working, where youâve been feeling stuck, and what youâd like to improve. From there, weâll identify one or two short-term goals that feel realistic for your life and outline a plan that feels practical, sustainable, and supportive of your overall health. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling clear on your next steps and confident moving forward.
