About Marianne
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Lifestyle Management and Disease Prevention, and a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Before becoming a dietitian in the U.S., I practiced as a physician in the Middle East, giving me a unique, well-rounded understanding of health and disease from both medical and nutritional perspectives. I’m passionate about empowering clients to take charge of their health through sustainable lifestyle changes. Whether you’re managing chronic conditions, seeking better energy, or aiming for long-term wellness, I bring both clinical insight and compassionate support to help you succeed.
Approach to care
Drawing from my background in medicine and lifestyle nutrition, I focus on sustainable, root-cause solutions for heart health, digestive issues, and weight concerns. I work with clients to develop personalized, realistic strategies that support long-term health—without fad diets or restriction. Whether you're managing high blood pressure, cholesterol, IBS, or struggling with weight, I focus on identifying the root causes and supporting change across key lifestyle areas: nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and mindset. With experience as both a former physician and a Registered Dietitian, I bring a deep understanding of how the body works—and how small, consistent changes can lead to powerful results.
Your first session with Marianne
During our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and begin building a strong, supportive partnership. I’ll complete a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle assessment, including your medical history, diet history, anthropometric measures and physical activity. Together, we’ll identify your key health concerns and priorities, then set one or two realistic, personalized goals to start your care. This session is also about building trust and making sure you feel supported and confident moving forward.
