About Marie
Hey there! I’m Marie, a Registered Dietitian with a dual master’s degree in Nutrition and Kinesiology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. I have 9 years of experience in metabolic health, working in outpatient clinical and virtual health settings, and specialize in glucose regulation, cardiovascular support, women’s health, body recomposition, and performance nutrition. I love helping people get unstuck, make nutrition and movement feel enjoyable, and step into their strongest, healthiest self.
Approach to care
Marie helps clients create lasting change by uncovering the why behind their health goals. She believes a strong, metabolically healthy body thrives when it is properly nourished, not restricted. Using a root cause, functional approach supported by lab work, Marie empowers clients to rebuild trust with food, fuel their bodies with confidence, and support whole-body wellness from the inside out.
Your first session with Marie
During our first session, we’ll talk about your health history, what a typical day looks like, and your short- and long-term health goals. We’ll also explore your biggest challenges when it comes to nutrition and exercise. As we move forward, we’ll focus on education that helps you feel empowered and build confidence. Together, we’ll use tracking and insights from your progress to guide decisions and make adjustments that actually work for you. I approach every client with a teamwork mindset, and my goal is to help you create realistic, personalized habit shifts that flow naturally with your lifestyle.
