About Marie
Hi, I’m Marie! I’m a Registered Dietitian based just outside of Philadelphia, PA. I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition and dietetics from Drexel University, right in the heart of the City of Brotherly Love. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients from those managing chronic conditions like kidney or liver disease to individuals looking to improve their overall health and nutrition habits. When I’m not working, you can usually find me cooking, reading, or out on a long walk.
Approach to care
My goal is to make nutrition feel approachable and sustainable by meeting each client where they are and building from there. I believe that lasting nutrition changes come from setting achievable goals and building small habits that lead to big progress. I recognize that health is not defined by body size and that everyone deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based care. I aim to help clients cut through the noise of diet and wellness culture by focusing on balance, flexibility, and a healthy relationship with food.
Your first session with Marie
Your first session is all about getting to know you! I want to learn about your goals, lifestyle, and relationship with food. We’ll talk through your eating habits and preferences to better understand your needs and identify areas where you may want extra support, such as meal planning, emotional eating, or portion sizes. Together, we’ll start setting small, realistic steps to help you move toward your goals. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and confident about the path ahead.
Education
I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Foods and my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
Hobbies
I love cooking new recipes, going for long walks, and reading. I enjoy exploring local food spots and finding new ways to make nutritious meals both simple and satisfying. I also value time spent with my loved ones.
