About Marietta

It has been my pleasure to assist individuals with feeling, looking, and performing their best for over 20 years. I have extensive experience working with professional athletes, but am equally dedicated to partnering with weekend warriors or those just seeking to be their best. Nutrition is a powerful tool! It is my mission to equip individuals with the nutrition support they need to leverage it to their advantage.

I believe in a participant lead approach to care. Through our time together, we will identify opportunities for change. Then we will assess what actions are appropriate to help you meet your goals. You get to decide what is best, but it my job to provide an evidenced based approach so that you can make an educated decision.

Your first session with Marietta

During our first session we will get to know one another. Our time will be spent gathering information about your goals, your past and current habits, and general health. From this, we will develop a clear action plan to help you advance towards your goals successfully.
