Hi, I’m Marissa, a registered dietitian with a passion for helping women heal from chronic stress, gut issues, and hormonal imbalances. With a background in both nutrition, personal training, and dance, I take a holistic, root-cause approach to wellness, integrating movement, mindfulness, and functional nutrition to support sustainable healing. I specialize in working with women struggling with painful periods, endometriosis, IBS, and so much more. I aim to help you balance your hormones, improve digestion, and regain energy through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. My approach is evidence-based yet compassionate, focusing on realistic, achievable changes that fit seamlessly into your life. Beyond my work with Nourish, I am also the founder of Thrival Mode, an online community and coaching program that empowers women to break free from survival mode and step into vibrant health through somatic movement, nervous system regulation, and functional nutrition.
