About Marissa
Hi! I'm so glad you're here :) My favorite part about working as a dietitian is that I get to meet so many people and help them achieve their health goals. I've worked in a variety of dietetics roles encompassing nutrition coaching, school nutrition, foodservice, clinical, and community nutrition but my favorite has been working one-on-one with clients. In addition to nutrition, I am also very passionate about exercise and joyful movement. Outside of work you can find me being active in the great outdoors or in the gym.

In our first meeting together I want to get to know all about YOU! Besides nutrition, I want to know about your lifestyle, hobbies, habits, goals, and what prompted you to sign up with me. I take a holistic approach that encompasses learning more about you than just what you eat, because that's just one piece of the whole puzzle! My goal is for our sessions to be fun and collaborative. You will leave our first session with a small, realistic goal to get you started on your journey. I can't wait to meet you!
