Your first session with Marissa
The initial session is all about getting to know you and learning more about your personal health goals. Marissa will ask questions about your health history, meal patterns, food preferences, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and other important topics related to your health. She is here to answer any questions you may have, provide support and accountability, and help you develop a plan that works seamlessly into your life.
