Your first session with Marissa

The first session is all about getting to know you! Marissa will want to learn about your health goals, motivation for wanting to make change, medical history, previous experiences with weight loss, current eating patterns, food preferences, and lifestyle. Feel free to ask any questions you may have! She is here to provide evidence-based information along with support and empowerment as you develop new healthy habits. You may set one or two actionable goals to work on before the next meeting.
