Hi! Welcome to my Nourish page. My name is Mariya Markenzon and I am a Registered Dietitian. I have a passion for food and fitness and I love to share that passion with others. Fun fact: I was a personal chef for a few years so feel free to ask me for any tips and tricks! My goal is to help you feel good in your health and wellness journey by making realistic changes that last a lifetime. I specialize in sustainable weight loss, management of high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and general wellness. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, traveling, working out, and exploring creative outlets. I’m excited to support you on your health and wellness journey!

My goal is to help simplify nutrition and self-care so it fits into your real life, not the other way around. Together, we’ll focus on small, achievable changes that support your health without overwhelm, guilt, or perfection.

Your first session with Mariya

During your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you. We’ll talk about your health history, lifestyle, food preferences, and goals, as well as any challenges you’ve faced in the past. This is a judgment-free space where your experiences and concerns matter. By the end of the session, we’ll identify a few realistic next steps and create a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your life, not overwhelming.
