Hello, I’m Marjani — a nutrition professional who believes food should feel empowering, not overwhelming. My background spans eating disorder counseling, renal nutrition, diabetes, sports & performance, and weight-focused goals — but my heart is in helping people break out of the “all or nothing” cycle and finally feel confident in their day-to-day eating. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with practical, real-world strategies like simple meal prep, enjoyable high-protein meals, and flexible routines you can stick to. I care deeply about helping you feel better in your body, build trust with food, and create a lifestyle that supports your physical and mental wellbeing.

Your first session with Marjani

Your first session is all about getting to know you — your lifestyle, your goals, what’s been stressful, what’s been working, and what hasn’t. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your habits, medical history, and relationship with food so I can tailor our plan to your needs. We’ll talk through realistic next steps, identify a few things you can start doing immediately, and set a clear roadmap for your care. My priority is that you walk away feeling heard, relieved, and confident that you finally have a professional in your corner who gets it and knows how to help you move forward.

Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen testing high-protein recipes, filming meal-prep content, or exploring new grocery stores for fun. I love cozy home organization, creating aesthetic yet realistic meals, and finding little routines that make life feel calmer and more intentional. I also enjoy long walks, exercising, trying new foods, and anything that lets me combine food, creativity, and wellness.
