My background spans eating disorder counseling, renal nutrition, diabetes, sports & performance, and weight-focused goals â but my heart is in helping people break out of the âall or nothingâ cycle and finally feel confident in their day-to-day eating. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with practical, real-world strategies like simple meal prep, enjoyable high-protein meals, and flexible routines you can stick to. Iâll ask thoughtful questions to understand your habits, medical history, and relationship with food so I can tailor our plan to your needs. Weâll talk through realistic next steps, identify a few things you can start doing immediately, and set a clear roadmap for your care. My priority is that you walk away feeling heard, relieved, and confident that you finally have a professional in your corner who gets it and knows how to help you move forward.
