About Marla
Iâm a registered dietitian dedicated to providing evidenceâbased, personalized nutrition support that helps make healthy eating both sustainable and enjoyable. My experience spans inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, dialysis units, and longâterm care facilities, giving me a strong foundation in the role nutrition plays across the healthcare spectrum. I specialize in diabetes, prediabetes, PCOS, renal disease, and heart disease, and Iâm currently pursuing board certification as a diabetes specialist to ensure I stay at the forefront of the field. Outside of work, I love practicing yoga and spending quality time with my daughterâbalance that inspires me to help others build healthier, more balanced lives of their own.
