About Marlee
Hi! I have dreamed of being a dietitian and helping others since I was 15 years old. I have been a dietitian since 2015 and have loved helping people facing various nutrition conditions over the last decade. I am a mom to 5 amazing kids and have been married to my husband for 14 years. In my free time I am usually at the ballfields or basketball courts watching my oldest two play ball.
Approach to care
My approach to care is meeting the client where they are and working with them to set realistic goals to accomplish their nutrition needs. I love motivational interviewing and walking alongside the client to be their biggest cheerleader, advocate and teacher with all things nutrition.
Your first session with Marlee
The first session expect to tell me about yourself, what you want me to help you with from a nutrition standpoint and start nutrition education and goal setting. I love to find out the clients βwhyβ for coming to me for nutrition counseling. We talk about what motivates the client and build on that to help create attainable goals.
