About Marlee
Hey there! I’m Marlee Hirsch, a Registered Dietitian who’s had the opportunity to travel across the US as a traveling dietitian, working in hospitals and learning from a diverse range of patients. Along the way, I’ve gained experience in areas like diabetes, heart disease, kidney health, weight management, and gut health. My goal is simple: to create a personalized nutrition plan that fits YOU—your lifestyle, preferences, and unique needs. Whether you’re looking to improve gut health, manage a health condition, or just feel better overall, I’m here to make nutrition fun, achievable, and sustainable. Let’s work together to find a plan that works for you!
Approach to care
My approach to care is all about you and your unique journey. I focus on creating personalized nutrition plans that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. We’ll set realistic, attainable targets that make lasting change feel achievable and not overwhelming. Along the way, I’ll be right there with you—offering support, motivation, and accountability to keep you on track. Think of me as your partner in nutrition, helping you make small, sustainable changes that lead to big results. We’ll celebrate your wins, learn from challenges, and adjust as needed, so you always feel empowered and confident in your health journey!
Your first session with Marlee
In our first nutrition session, I want to get to know you. We’ll start by discussing your lifestyle, habits, and what makes you, you. I’ll ask about the things you enjoy doing for fun, your favorite places to eat, and what you’re passionate about. Together, we’ll talk about what you want to work on—whether it's managing a health condition, improving your eating habits, or something else entirely. My goal is to understand where you are and where you want to go. From there, we’ll create a plan with achievable goals that set you up for long-term success. It’s all about making small, sustainable changes that fit seamlessly into your life.
