Approach to care
I follow an evidence-based, personalized approach to care that emphasizes sustainable nutrition, mindful habits, and long-term health outcomes. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and lifestyle, then create tailored strategies that support balanced eating and consistent movement. My goal is to empower individuals with tools that build lasting confidence, resilience, and lifelong wellness.
Your first session with Marlene
During your first appointment, we’ll take time to get to know you—your goals, lifestyle, health history, and your relationship with food. This session is all about understanding the full picture so that any plan we create is realistic and sustainable for you. We’ll start by reviewing your medical background, current eating habits, daily routines, and any challenges you’ve experienced with nutrition or movement. You’re welcome to bring labs, medications, supplements, or previous nutrition plans if you have them, but they’re not required. From there, we’ll define your goals together—whether they’re related to weight, energy levels, digestion, metabolic health, or establishing a long-term sustainable lifestyle. I’ll provide initial guidance right away so you leave with simple, actionable steps to start implementing.
