“Marley is the best! I couldn’t have picked a better nutritionist! She helped me understand and pin point what was possibly causing my GI issues. She is a wealth of knowledge. She is so easy to talk to and always has a solution for what you may see as an obstacle. I would definitely recommend her! Thanks Marley! ❤️“

“Marley was a huge help in understanding how I can best approach small improvements to my diet while navigating IBD. She was easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be putting a lot of what we talked about to good use right away. “

About Marley
I’m a Carolina native with a passion for food and science, which led me to a career in Dietetics. With experience in GI disorders, cancer care, long-term care, and chronic disease management, I understand the unique nutritional needs these conditions require. My approach is rooted in compassion and personalization, always aiming to create sustainable nutrition plans that fit your lifestyle and goals. Whether you're managing a complex health condition or simply working toward better well-being, I’m here to support you every step of the way!
Approach to care
I believe (and confirmed by peer-reviewed scientific research) that diet is not a “one size fits all.” It is a fluid practice that depends on your medical history, personal preferences, and lifestyle. We will work together to set specific, attainable goals each session that will help you progress towards the bigger picture, and always in a judgment-free space (hey, I like Taco Bell too!). You will always get a say in what is (and is not) working for you!
Your first session with Marley
We'll start your first session with a conversation about you: your preferences, dislikes, and how food fits into your daily life. Together, we’ll review any relevant lab work, diagnoses, or potential barriers to success. I believe every food can fit into a healthy diet, so we’ll work together to set specific, personalized goals that allow you to enjoy life while achieving lasting results.
