About Marlyne

With over thirteen years as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate a wide range of health challenges—from chronic conditions to sports performance to body composition goals. I’m also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which allows me to blend evidence-based nutrition with practical movement strategies for a truly comprehensive approach to wellness. My own journey toward health fuels my work, and I’m committed to staying current with emerging research so that my clients always receive the highest standard of care. As a mother of three, I draw daily inspiration and purpose from the little ones who keep me grounded and remind me why this work matters.

Approach to care

I show up as an empathetic listener, coach, and guide. I take time to truly hear your goals, your concerns, and what you envision for yourself. From there, we’ll map out a path that honors both your needs and your lifestyle. Patience and compassion are central to how I work—no pressure, no judgment, just steady support. My goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and empowered so that the progress we make together carries long beyond our time working side by side.

Your first session with Marlyne

Your first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what you want your health and daily life to look like moving forward. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free conversation where we take our time and walk through each step together. We will do a deep dive into your health history and then, together, define realistic goals and identify the health targets that matter most to you.
