About Marsha
Hi, I'm Marsha. With 20 years as a Registered Dietitian, I’ve worked across clinical settings, research, community health, corporate wellness, food service, dialysis, and private practice. I earned a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Masters in Public Health, and I carry MPH, LDN, and RDN credentials with pride. Outside of work, I love dragon boat paddling, dancing, listening to live music, and exploring different food cultures. I’m here to help you build a healthy relationship with food that fits your life, values, and goals.
Approach to care
Together, we’ll approach your health with science and heart. I base my care on current evidence and practical strategies, but I never lose sight of your everyday realities. I’m empathetic and warm, and I’ll be direct about what helps you move forward. I practice with a Health At Every Size mindset, focusing on behavior and well being rather than restriction, and I see you as a whole person whose sleep, stress, culture, and routines matter as much as what you eat. My goal is to educate and empower you so sustainable change starts now and lasts.
Your first session with Marsha
Our first appointment is a supportive conversation designed to ease any nerves. We’ll review your medical history, dive into your relationship with food, and look at lab work and biometrics that matter for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; we’ll explore your goals together and set 1-2 short-term, realistic steps to start. You’ll feel heard, respected, and part of a collaborative plan built to fit your life, not the other way around.
