About Marta
Hi, I’m Marta! An RD who believes that lasting health begins with compassion, balance, and a deep understanding of the why of our choices. My passion for nutrition grew out of my own journey, I lost 140 pounds through nutrition and movement, and in the process, completely transformed my life. That experience taught me that food isn’t just fuel, it’s connection, empowerment, and self-care. When I’m not supporting clients, you can usually find me crocheting something cozy with a cup of tea by my side, or out for a walk with my tiny but mighty dog, Pancakes, who reminds me daily that joy often comes in small, wiggly packages. I love working with people who are ready to make sustainable, life-changing improvements to their health, whether that means improving energy, repairing their relationship with food, or building confidence through small, consistent steps. Together, we’ll focus on practical, evidence-based strategies that fit your real life and help you feel your best, inside and out!

My experience spans clinical, community, and telehealth nutrition, where I’ve supported individuals with goals ranging from weight management and digestive health to chronic disease prevention and recovery. My approach blends science with practicality, focusing on realistic changes that fit seamlessly into daily life. By the end of our session, you’ll have clear, personalized next steps and an understanding of how we’ll work together to reach your goals.
