About Martin William
I’m a dietitian with a passion for culinary medicine—helping people discover how food can be both healing and delicious. I love sharing creative, easy-to-make recipes and practical tips that fit your lifestyle. Over the years, I’ve supported many groups of people: individuals trying to lose weight, Filipino Americans managing diabetes and malnutrition, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, and patients at a hospital recovering from heart surgery. My goal is to make nutrition approachable, personalized, and enjoyable, so you can feel confident about what’s on your plate and how it supports your health.
Approach to care
I will never take away your favorite foods. Instead, I will help you discover new favorite foods that are nourishing for your body! I believe nutrition advice should honor your culture, traditions, and food preferences—so I’ll never recommend something you wouldn’t actually enjoy.
Your first session with Martin William
In our first session, you can expect an open and honest conversation about your health, your goals, and the parts about nutrition that matter most to you. I’ll help you turn science into simple, practical steps you can use in your everyday life. By the end, you’ll walk away with a personalized game plan designed to move you closer to your goals.
