About Mary Angelee
Hi, Iâm so glad youâre here. If youâve been feeling low on energy, not quite like yourself, or just unsure what to eat to feel better, youâre not alone. Whether youâre managing a health condition or just tired of confusing nutrition advice, Iâm here to help make food feel less overwhelming and more supportive of the life you want to live. I bring experience from both hospital and community settings, so I understand the full spectrum of care; from tube feeding and TPN to managing diabetes, kidney issues, gut concerns, and weight management. Iâll help you make sense of nutrition in a way that fits your life. If weight management is part of your goal, I take a gentle, realistic approach; no extreme diets or strict rules. Just small, meaningful changes that support your health, energy, and confidence; not just a number on the scale.
Approach to care
You can expect our sessions to feel like a conversation, not a lecture. Iâll listen, ask questions, and support you without judgment. Weâll create a plan thatâs flexible, practical, and centered around you. Working with me means having someone in your corner who gets that life is busy, food is personal, and health isnât one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help you feel more in control, less stressed around food, and more confident in your choices.
Your first session with Mary Angelee
In our first session, weâll take the time to get to know you, your health history, lifestyle, challenges, and goals. I want to understand whatâs been working, what hasnât, and what feels important to you when it comes to food and health. This session is a judgment-free space, more of a conversation than an assessment. Weâll talk about whatâs going on in your life and how food fits into it. By the end, weâll set clear, realistic goals for the next steps and future sessions; so you leave with a plan that feels doable and personalized.
