About Mary
Hi, I’m Mary Kate, a registered dietitian with 14 years of experience in the nutrition field and extensive experience in nutrition education. I’m passionate about empowering others to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized, evidence-based strategies. I believe that food is powerful medicine and that even small, realistic changes can have a lasting impact on your well-being. With personal experiences navigating heart disease, diabetes, food intolerances, and pre- and post-natal nutrition, I understand firsthand the challenges many of my clients face. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and empowered to take meaningful steps toward better health.

Your first session with Mary
Our first session is all about you. I begin with a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle, using motivational interviewing techniques to better understand your goals and challenges. I look forward to getting to know you, understanding your unique needs, and discussing your health goals, current habits, and any obstacles you may be facing. We will work together to outline an initial plan with practical, personalized steps to help you move forward confidently, knowing you have guidance and expertise to achieve your goals.
