We'll start by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you’ve had, then we’ll talk about your goals and daily routines. Together, we’ll create a personalized meal plan that fits your life, preferences, and needs. We’ll also do a gentle deep dive into your relationship with food, exploring patterns without judgment.
