About Mary
Hi, I am Marley! I earned my undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and went on to complete my master’s at Texas Woman’s University. My education gave me the clinical foundation — but real life is where I believe nutrition truly plays out. I work with clients who want to lose weight, improve energy, build muscle, and create lasting habits through intuitive, healthful eating — as well as those managing chronic conditions and more complex medical histories. From a clinical standpoint, my areas of expertise include cardiovascular diseases, renal health, diabetes management, pre- and post-bariatric surgery care, gastrointestinal conditions, and anemia management. As a Registered Dietitian with six years of experience, I’m well-versed in the full spectrum of nutrition — from advanced clinical care to everyday lifestyle optimization.
Approach to care
I aim to help people improve their health in a way that’s realistic and sustainable. My work is rooted in evidence-based practice, combining current research, clinical experience, and individualized strategy to create plans that are both effective and practical. I take a comprehensive approach — considering lab values, medical history, lifestyle, preferences, and long-term goals — because nutrition is never one-dimensional. Whether we’re working on weight loss, chronic disease management, or performance optimization, the plan is tailored to you. I meet each client exactly where they are and work collaboratively to set clear, individualized goals that support steady, sustainable progress — with built-in accountability to help you stay consistent and confident along the way.
Your first session with Mary
Our first session is a relaxed, welcoming conversation designed to truly get to know you. We’ll talk through your health history, daily routines, relationship with food, lifestyle, stress levels, preferences, and goals. I want to understand the full picture — what’s worked for you, what hasn’t, and what you’re hoping will feel different this time. Together, we’ll identify realistic starting points and create a plan that feels supportive, doable, and aligned with your life. You’ll leave feeling clear, encouraged, and confident about your next steps.
