About Mary
Hi! My name is Mary Tay. I am a good people person with a caring heart. I have over 10 years of experience in clinical nutrition with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition. I currently work in acute care, providing nutrition therapy for patients with a variety of medical conditions.
Approach to care
I will take the time to understand how you feel and what your needs are. I am here to guide you in writing down goals that are meaningful and achievable for you. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I have a working knowledge of nutrition interventions for many different medical conditions. I will guide you to create solutions to help you improve your health.

When you work with me you can expect to be welcomed warmly and treated with respect. I will do a nutrition assessment and listen to your concerns. With your health history and your main concerns in mind I will recommend a plan designed to address your needs. I will guide you to set SMART goals, promoting change. I look forward to your progress!
