βI was intimidated at the thought of working with a nutritionist but Mason makes the process simple and easy and even fun. I feel like we are a team, working together to reach my goals. β

βI used to eat very poorly. Constantly eating out, no fruits, no vegetables, nothing of real substance in my diet. Mason helped changed that for me. Helped motivate me to practicing meal prepping and cooking much more heartier meals. Very cool guy. β

βMason is so encouraging and gives great insight into my emotional eating and the steps to overcome it. He is always positive and insightful. I look forward to my bi-weekly appointments! β

Approach to care
Mason prioritizes your long term success in achieving better health by applying a sustainable approach to behavior change. He is an advocate of a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to nutrition. This allows you to focus on improving both your physical health and your mental health, specifically your relationship with food and movement. Mason will work with you to create a personalized plan, creating weekly goals to address the areas you can most progress in.
Your first session with Mason
In your first visit, Mason will spend time getting to know you and your motivations for working with a dietitian. He will collect some introductory information so he can be best prepared to help you in your nutrition journey. This includes discussing your relevant medical history, lifestyle habits, dietary preferences/allergies, and beliefs around food. If you have any concerns or questions in particular, be sure to let Mason know during this first session.
