  • β€œI used to eat very poorly. Constantly eating out, no fruits, no vegetables, nothing of real substance in my diet. Mason helped changed that for me. Helped motivate me to practicing meal prepping and cooking much more heartier meals. Very cool guy. β€œ

About Mason

Having worked in a variety of settings, he has experience in outpatient counseling, behavioral health, and clinical care in hospitals and long-term care facilities. He feels passionate about helping people achieve the best versions of themselves using the power of food. --- Typical weekday availability: Monday-Friday mornings at 9, 10, or 11AM and afternoons at 1PM and 2PM (Eastern time).

Approach to care

Mason prioritizes your long term success in achieving better health by applying a sustainable approach to behavior change. He is an advocate of a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to nutrition. This allows you to focus on improving both your physical health and your mental health, specifically your relationship with food and movement. Mason will work with you to create a personalized plan, creating weekly goals to address the areas you can most progress in.

Your first session with Mason

In your first visit, Mason will spend time getting to know you and your motivations for working with a dietitian. He will collect some introductory information so he can be best prepared to help you in your nutrition journey. This includes discussing your relevant medical history, lifestyle habits, dietary preferences/allergies, and beliefs around food. If you have any concerns or questions in particular, be sure to let Mason know during this first session.
