I'm a registered and licensed dietitian with over eight years of experience in both clinical practice and telehealth. My journey into dietetics was inspired by my personal passion for nutrition and fitness, which continues to fuel my commitment to helping others achieve their health goals. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting goals ranging from weight management and sports nutrition to general wellness and chronic disease management. I’m excited to work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you succeed!

Your first session with Matt
In our first session, my goal is to get to know you more and learn about your goals, lifestyle, and health history. I’ll ask about things like your typical routines, eating habits, and any barriers you’ve been facing with nutrition or wellness. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and create a plan that you are confident in implementing. You’ll leave the session with actionable steps to work on in the time between meetings. My aim is to create a welcoming, judgement-free space where you feel supported, heard, and motivated.
