Hi, I’m Matt. I’ve spent 25 years as a Registered Dietitian helping people make durable, science-based changes to their eating and health. I earned my Bachelor of Science from West Chester University and have worked across private practice, clinical and hospital settings, corporate wellness, research and academia, sports nutrition, and community health. I hold credentials with LMNT, CPT, LDN, and I’m proud to bring empathy, a holistic view, and practical guidance to every session. I’m committed to meeting you where you are and partnering for lasting change.

Your first session with Matthew

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, dive into your relationship with food, and explore short term goals that feel doable. Together we’ll identify 1-2 actionable steps and begin to tailor a meal plan that fits your life, preferences, and schedule. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet. This is a warm, nonjudgmental space where your experiences matter, and we’ll design a path you feel confident following.
