About Matthew

Hi, I’m Matt, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for empowering individuals to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and real-world coaching experience to help clients achieve sustainable results. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and nearly a decade of experience as a strength and conditioning coach and nutrition coach, I specialize in creating personalized, evidence-based plans that support a wide range of goals—from managing chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure to optimizing athletic performance and body composition. Whether you're navigating a health diagnosis, trying to break through a plateau, or just looking to feel your best, I meet you where you are—no judgment, just clear guidance rooted in science and empathy. Let’s work together to build habits that last and a lifestyle that supports your goals.

Approach to care

My approach to care is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and science. I believe that nutrition should be personalized, practical, and sustainable. I take time to understand your unique lifestyle, health history, and goals so we can create a plan that works for you—not just on paper, but in real life. Whether you're managing a medical condition, working toward performance goals, or just trying to feel better day to day, I meet you where you are and guide you step-by-step with strategies that are realistic, evidence-based, and empowering. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets or quick fixes. Instead, I focus on building long-term habits that support lasting change—while still enjoying food and life along the way.

Your first session with Matthew

In our first session, my goal is to understand you—your goals, challenges, lifestyle, and what’s brought you here. We’ll take a deep dive into your medical history, current eating habits, physical activity, sleep, stress, and any symptoms or concerns you have. I’ll ask questions, listen closely, and make sure you feel heard and supported every step of the way. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a clear understanding of what’s driving your symptoms or challenges, and we’ll lay the foundation for a realistic plan tailored to your goals. We’ll also discuss what future sessions will look like and how we’ll track progress together. There’s no judgment, no pressure—just a collaborative space where you can feel confident and supported.
