Hi, I'm Max. I earned my MPS in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State and am a Registered Dietitian with LD credentials. With two years of experience across sports nutrition and clinical hospital settings, I’ve learned how nutrition fits into real life, not just charts and meals. I love cooking, staying active, exploring films, traveling, and playing with my dog, because everyday routines and small joys shape lasting health. I’m excited to meet you where you are and help you feel confident about nourishing your body.

My care philosophy blends evidence-based science with a warm, collaborative approach. We’ll work together to translate current research into practical steps that fit your life, values, and goals. I practice with a Health At Every Size mindset, focusing on sustainable behaviors and a respectful relationship with food rather than restriction. It’s holistic and educational, covering eating patterns, sleep, stress, and activity so you feel informed and empowered to make choices that last.
Your first session with Max
Our first session is a welcoming conversation about you and your goals. We’ll review your medical history, medications, and any labs or biometrics, and establish short-term goals. We’ll dive into your relationship with food and explore what’s been working and what hasn’t, without judgment. Together we’ll create a realistic meal plan and a practical plan for the next steps. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; just come as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
