About May
Hi! My love for food and interest in health care led me to become a Registered Dietitian. I have a background in nutrition, health coaching, and exercise science. I have worked with people from different backgrounds in a variety of settings and understand how culture & preference play a role in habits. My passion is helping people find balance with food when working towards health & nutrition goals.

I meet you where you are and together, we find what strategies and evidence-based approaches work best for you. I take an individualized approach when it comes to suggestions and recommendations as there is no one-size-fits-all all plan.
Your first session with May
During the first session, I like to take the time to get to know you, what your goals are, what your routine and schedule look like and why these goals are important to you! I can better help the more I understand your specific intentions and situation. But you won't leave empty-handed, I will give you some recommendations to get you started before the session ends. We will work together to tailor the recommendation to best fit your needs.
