Hi, I’m Maya — a Registered Dietitian who helps people build a balanced, sustainable approach to eating that supports long-term wellness and confidence. After personally navigating cancer in my late 20s, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to rebuild your health. Born and raised in the Mediterranean, I bring both cultural insight and professional expertise to help others live a realistic, enjoyable lifestyle rooted in nourishment, not restriction.

My approach combines science, compassion, and personalization. I focus on small, meaningful steps that help you feel more energized, confident, and in control of your health. Together, we’ll build flexible habits that fit your life — not the other way around. I often draw from the Mediterranean diet’s core principles: whole foods, balance, and enjoyment, for results that feel natural and lasting.

From there, we’ll create a realistic, step-by-step plan that feels doable and personalized to your lifestyle. I’m also passionate about traveling and music festivals, where I find creativity, connection, and balance outside of work.
