Your first session with Maya
In our first session, weāll talk about your goals, your current routine, any health conditions or symptoms youāre experiencing, and what youāre hoping to get out of nutrition counseling. Iāll ask questions to get a clear picture of your lifestyle, preferences, challenges, and what has or hasnāt worked for you in the past. From there, weāll start building a personalized plan together that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to you. My goal for the first session is to help you feel comfortable and confident in our plan moving forward.
