“Mayra Karen is a phenomenal dietician. She sets you up for success with first understanding where you are at with your goals and helps you tailor them to realistic expectations with each step/ season at a time. She is resourceful with cultivating meal ideas for your lifestyle needs. She’s a great listener and graceful when bringing someone back on track to what the set goals are for you as a person, and assisting when goals need to be changed. She helps you see what your values are with food! “

She has been an amazing accountability partner and has helped keep me on track toward my health goals. She is supportive and understanding; I’ve never felt guilty when talking with her. She had provided great insight into routines, food habits, and recipe ideas. I love working with such an understanding coach!“

Her approach, along with her expertise, made my goal very easy to accomplish. She’s a great accountability partner too. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a fun, pleasant, compassionate person to assist you in your health goal. “
