About Mckaylee
My journey into nutrition started with my own struggles. Seeing firsthand how much food and overall health can affect how we feel sparked my passion to learn more - and ultimately help others do the same. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, then spent five years in clinical care - working in hospitals and later in outpatient dialysis. Those experiences helped shape my belief that nutrition should be personalized, realistic, and supportive. Now, I focus on helping clients make sustainable changes that fit their real lives.
Approach to care
Nutrition can feel overwhelming, especially with all the conflicting advice out there. My approach to care is no guilt, no extremes, no judgment - just practical, personalized support that fits your real life. Whether you're working on improving your relationship with food, managing a health condition, or building sustainable habits, we’ll take it one step at a time, together. I aim to help you feel nourished, empowered, and fully supported along the way.
