About McKenna
Hi, I’m McKenna — a registered dietitian who believes that nutrition should be realistic, empowering, and even a little fun! I specialize in weight management, diabetes and prediabetes, PCOS and women’s health, general wellness, and cardiac health. I also have experience supporting clients using GLP-1 medications and love helping people make sustainable changes that align with their unique health goals.
Approach to care
As a registered dietitian, my approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and practicality. I believe that nutrition should support your life — not take it over. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, looking to feel better in your body, or simply seeking more energy in your day-to-day, my goal is to meet you where you are and build a plan that works for you.
Your first session with McKenna
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and goals so I can get a full picture of how to best support you. This session is all about you — your story, your challenges, and what you hope to achieve. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We'll work together to create a personalized, realistic plan that feels sustainable — not overwhelming. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about your next steps.
