About McKenna
Hi, I’m McKenna! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics and a former collegiate track & field and cross-country athlete. My experiences as both an athlete and dietitian have shaped my passion for helping people fuel their bodies to support performance, health, and everyday life. I’ve worked with athletes, patients, and families across hospital, community, and sports settings — and I love guiding others toward nutrition strategies that feel both empowering and sustainable.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should be practical, flexible, and personalized. My style is evidence-based but approachable — focusing on strategies that fit seamlessly into your life. Whether you’re training for competition, navigating a health condition, or simply looking to feel your best, I’ll work alongside you to create a realistic plan that supports your goals without unnecessary restriction.
Your first session with McKenna
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk through your nutrition goals, current habits, and daily routines. I’ll take time to listen and understand what matters most to you. Together, we’ll identify a few key areas to focus on, and I’ll provide you with clear, personalized steps to get started. You’ll leave with a plan that feels manageable, motivating, and tailored to your needs.
