About Megan
I've been a dietitian for over 20 years and have spent most of my career working with patients in small rural hospitals and clinics. I live in northern Minnesota with my family, we like to stay active and outside. I have changed the way I eat over the last 20 years, and can see a difference in how I feel.
Approach to care
Eating has become a more complicated task than ever before, despite the plethora of convenience. I like to focus on simple changes, deciphering grocery store purchases and adding movement to your day. The business of nutrition changes quickly, we'll sort through it.
Your first session with Megan
In your first session I'll "meet you where you're at". I'll help answer your questions, and if needed, clear up confusion. I take a realistic approach to making simple changes for the better, because it won't work if it doesn't work for you. I look forward to working together.
